I researched and found the producers to All Time Low's "Somewhere in Neverland" track. The company behind this was Hopeless Records, from their website i found a contact information and sent an email requesting permission to use this track.
I have attached a screenshot of the email i sent to Hopeless Records, however unfortunately i did not recieve a responce.
